The Agenda for the July 7th Annual Meeting will principally be to ratify the proposed budget for the July 2008 to 2009 period. It is exactly the same as you passed last year to be effective this July 2007. Barring any remarkable circumstances it should remain about the same going forward as we concentrate on restoring our ageing infrastructure.
BWR&MD has recently acquired, and will soon offer for sale beautiful lot#33 on Beechtree Lane overlooking the beaver pond. Let me know if you have an interest in purchasing it.
There are two things YOU must do NOW!
1. If you do NOT have plans to attend the Meeting please execute and return the enclosed Proxy Ballot NOW! Simply sign it and place it in the SASE provided. It is the only way to have your vote counted to continue the high level of services you expect and demand of the Committee.
2. IMPORTANT: Even if you plan on attending the annual meeting please complete and return the Facilities Survey. Use the enclosed SASE. We’ll discuss the results of the survey at the meeting.
